All orders are processed within one day and will be delivered within 3-5 working days via Án Post.

Returns
Do you accept returns?
Each of our products is made and packaged with the utmost care but if on the rare occasion your order does not live up to your expectations you have the right to return your order within 30 days of purchase or request a replacement.
How do I return my product?
Email hello@thefoxfiles.ie and tell us why you want to return your product to start the process.
How long will a refund take to process?
Once you get in touch with us we will refund you immediately, but please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to go back into your account.
